It was over 6 for a large soft ice cream cone. It was definitely not worth that price. I am sure all their flavors and specialty stuff is probably worth it but definitely don't go their for soft serve ice cream. The Toddler cone was over 3. The size is not the problem it is the price for the size.

Lots of choices and all delicious. I had a strawberry, raspberry and mango frozen yogurt. It was so pleasant but the taste of strawberry was stronger than the others. Respectful employees and nice neighborhood.

The variety of ice cream is so far and ahead of everywhere else in the city, it's impossible to NOT find a flavor for you! However, the service took quite a while, it seemed slow to take orders. Too many people were running around behind the till, getting in each other's way, and our ice cream was sitting out waiting to be served for long enough that it started melting. Perhaps a bit more organized service would push this store ahead!

Nothing but good things to say. Since I tried it for the first time just over one year ago, I still love them. Their icecream gets everything right in terms of texture, flavor, appearance, all of it. Next time I go I'll make sure I get a picture.

We went there for the first time today. I had the pistachio ice cream in a waffle cone and my boyfriend had a root beer float. Both of them were very tasty. There are tons of different flavours to choose from as well as different selections such as sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, etc. We'll be back!

Our favourite place for ice-cream in Saskatoon! Always top notch! Keep up the amazing work. The only bad thing is that their icecream is sooo good, that I can’t stop myself and end up gaining a few lbs

The young lady working by herself literally ran around the shop to keep up with customers! Don't get the vegan ice cream on a cone as it falls to pieces.

Disclaimer: never actually got to try their ice cream, keep reading to know why. I was visiting Saskatoon from Ontario and this place had good reviews and a reputation for having the best ice cream in town. However, it seems like good products aren’t the only thing you need in the food industry but the staff working there didn’t know that. I was wearing my mask, abiding by local safety regulations and walked in the store like one would do to explore and see what they offer. As soon as I was inside, I was (not) greeted by the server/ staff, instead a guy rudely asked what I was doing there since “I’m not staff” and I clearly stated that I wanted to check out their ice cream. What happened next just blew my mind. The guy got all snarky and said, and I quote, “if you had bothered to read the sign outside, you’d know that you need to order from outside”. Shocked, offended and in disbelief, I swiftly left this establishment. Treating people in such rude and vulgar ways is never acceptable during a pandemic or otherwise. Everyone is doing their best to adjust and adapt to this highly unstable new normal, we need to be patient, understanding and more tolerant. Had I noticed the sign outside (which I couldn’t find later) I would’ve happily placed my order over the phone or whatever system they had in place. It is such a shame to hear about places with good treats that don’t have the basic skills to treat their customers (or people in general). Please consider providing customer service training to your staff instead of having them spread negativity, tension and stress in already chaotic times. To future customers, make sure you are treated fairly and speak up if you feel the slightest bit of aggression.
