Bought a reconditioned battery last Aug 2020. I called them on Dec. 2020. They told me to come to the store and see what they can do. Chad helped me to Upgrade for new battery and give me full credit for the reconditioned battery that I got from them. Happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this place!

Yesterday I posted a rather scathing review of my experience with a defective battery and returning it just after its warranty period had expired. Shortly after my post Owen from Saskatoon Interstate called me and offered to make things right. The next day I returned to the store with my dead battery and Owen issued me a business card promising a free replacement battery in the Spring. He signed the card. Hopefully that card will be honored in the Spring of 2021. For me the measure of a good business is not associated so much with the buying experience. Every business will happily accept your money. The measure of a good business is when something does not go quite right and the business steps up to the plate to make things right. So far that is what Owen and Interstate has done. Very impressed.
Had a wonderful experience here! I spoke with three different staff members and all three were friendly and professional. They even let me borrow tools so I could swap my battery out in their parking lot!
Head in and ask for Owen. Super knowledgeable friendly. He tested my battery,provided a recommendation, and then handed over the tools for a quick onsite swap.
Super helpful employee. Educated me on how to properly maintain a recreational battery over the seasons to help make it last.
This store has a great selection of batteries and chargers. Ryan in service is very knowledgeable. Service was very good even though they were very busy. I would highly recommend Interstate Battery.
Went in today looking for a battery for my welder and I got Excellent costumer service! The price was very fair and they were able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand! Highly recommend! Especially if you don’t know what kind of battery you are looking for.
