I had to have my mirror replaced a few weeks ago. I looked at the reviews and chose Kavia. I’m so glad I did. Everything I was asked to rate in this review was exemplary. What surpassed a 5-star, though, was their customer service. From the very minute I called, to the thank you card that arrived at my door a few days after the work was completed. Never have I been treated so well by an organization. I have some more extensive body work that needs to be done. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Just got my car back from Kavia and wow. They did a great job fixing my car after someone backed into it about a month ago. They even buffed out some scratches and did a full interior clean and everything for no charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car fixed. 10/10 job guys. The before and after pics.
Excellent experience with Kavia. I'm not surprised they have such high reviews - I found their customer service to be excellent and they performed high quality work on my vehicle. The complimentary interior detailing was also very appreciated!
A previous reviewer here said this: “If I could give Kavia 10 stars, I will” and I second to that without even a doubt. That one review primarily (along with other great ones) made me to come to Kavia for my collision repair on my Lexus instead of dealership’s one, and I fell like it worth it every bit. Outside the scope of the planned repair on which they did a phenomenal job, as a complimentary favor, they even buffed out some my door scratches, fixed few other small issues and did a full interior cleanup! I found them not just professional, but very very compassionate as well and I will definitely be returning here if I ever need to or recommend anyone for that matter. My sincere thanks to Dave and few other (sorry I forgot names) who were involved in communication and the repair job. Trust me, in this town, if you are going anywhere else than Kavia, you are not a winner!

Thank you Parr Autobody for referring me to Kavia, a Tesla approved autobody shop to work on my Tesla Model S. Great service and spot on color match for my aftermarket bumper. Thank you for the great work guys. If any pre-facelift Model S owners want their cars front fascia updated. Kavia can paint and install the unplugged performance facelift bumpers.
Brought my car in to repair front end damage and windows. They did an absolutely amazing job, it looks like the day I bought it. They were very professional, detailed in explaining what would happen and they had my car back within a few days despite all the damages. They arranged my rental vehicle and when I picked up my car, the entire inside and outside was beautifully detailed. I could not be more impressed with this business, I will definitely be returning here if I ever need to again.
If I could give Kavia 10 stars, I will. I always have my car done at the Volkswagen dealership because I don't trust 3rd party body shop. However, the dealership have disappointed me many times as they always fail to deliver the car on time. So I decided to try Kavia due to its high rating on Google and it turn out be superior experience. The staff is very friendly and my car is done within 2 days. Also, I would like to mention that they also detail my car, which is something that the dealership would ever offer this to my car. I'm very happy and I will be back when my car need maintenance. Highly recommended body shop in Saskatoon!
