I recently took my car to Lais's auto service as I was having starting issues with my vehicle. They got me in right away, even though it was late in the day and tested my charging system. They found that I needed to replace my battery. Service was fast, professional and reasonably priced. Very friendly service and I would highly recommend them!

I have been taking my cars Lai's for over 25 years... I've told my friends I've told my family I've told the people I work with that these people are trustworthy and they have integrity. Chris and his brother and his father ran a great business. Last time I took my car in though there's a new person I don't know if he's buying into the business or if he's just there. But anyway I was told I had a thousand over 1,000 with a brake damage that needed to be taken care of. After taking a look at my brakes and seeing what was wrong and estimating the parts and everything this was a gross over estimate. I'm so disappointed. Whoever this person is I don't know if he's buying the place or what but I don't trust them anymore

I'd like to say that Peter was extremely rude Aswell as did not listen as to what we asked His prices were extremely way overboard 1300 to replace altenator and serpentine hose Which both of these parts new from part source cost 250 total and they must get a better price than I would Highway robbery will never go back I had to give a 1 star rating as there was not a lesser choice All I can say is take your car somewhere else
