My experiences at motion is amazing! I improved a lot by going there every day and getting help by one of your co workers name john. He helped me fixed my form for squatting to active the core muscles of my squatting. BEST WORKER EVER!

The motion experience at StoneBridge is amazing! I used to go to planet fitness and changes my program due to one of the workers there named John. He is super friendly and has given me some of the best work out advice ever. Always greets me with the most amount of respect and love possible and never fails to hype me up for my work out. Absolutely amazing service!

Absolutely love this gym compared to others I’ve been to in the past. The workers there have been keeping the place nice and clean all the time! Worker John Kilcher at the front is friendly and approachable and he’s helped me with my form and we share a common love for the Celtics! Nice going to the gym where you feel like home.

Come in 5-6 days weekly, and always great to see John. He initially helped and guided me a lot with registration as well. When ever I need any help or guidance he’s always around and always amazing to talk to. If you ever see him around just go say hi and let him know he’s doing amazing!!!
