Awesome place. I've been shopping here for years and I've never left the store disappointed. The service I get from the guys at Next Level is always top notch. I recently got my Sega Game Gear fixed up here and they had a very fast turnaround time for me. I also like the selection of game related stuff they have such as the wall decor. Keep up the good work guys!

There's a reason why they have the highest rating for console repairs, they are worth every penny. Quoted me an amazing price as other shops in the city would've quoted me a much higher price and taken much longer to repair. I had it back the next day and we love supporting local businesses. Awesome game selection, even new merchandise. My fiancé has been shopping with them since he was a kid. I recommend them 100%

We have shopped at Next Level Game Exchange for years. I so much appreciate the local feel of the store and supporting a local business. They have a great selection of new and pre owned games. We recently brought a PS4 console in to have the HDMI port repaired. It was fixed the next day and works so well. Saved a lot of money and great customer service!!! Thanks to the Next Level Crew!

I've found quite a few really rare games at this store, both used and brand new. They've also been able to get their hands on specialty import games for me and the staff working there are extremely knowledgable about so many different series and products. The plushies they sell are really high quality too. Highly recommend to game enthusiasts and folks looking for specialty gifts for their gaming friends/loved ones.

Probably one of the best little video gaming stores around. Owner and staff are friendly and great to deal with. They try their best to bring in your requests. They have repaired some of my older systems and have kept them playable over the years. I have nothing but high praise for this outstanding little group.

By far and away the best place in Saskatoon for all your video game needs. New and retro. Games, consoles, and controllers of all vintages. The also sell video game memorabilia like plushes. The staff are highly knowledgeable and love the hobby. They don't make you feel uncomfortable either, unlike some other places that shall not be named here. They also price the retro items fairly. Lots of good memories coming here and will continue to support them.
