Had a great experience with Melanie. Covid has made me lazy with my hair and its been almost 6 months between appointments (oops, my bad). Love my fresh highlights and low lights.

I had booked three back-to-back treatments (facial, massage, pedicure) for my Mom for her birthday through the online booking platform yesterday. We arrived today and the esthetician, Naomi, didn’t even show up, and when called, simply said she didn’t see the booking and asked us to rebook it. I appreciate one of the stylists’ willingness to give her a call, even though we weren’t her clients. She was so sweet and apologetic, even if she herself had done nothing wrong. Unfortunately, I can’t and won’t recommend this spot for any spa services.
Working in Stamford but living quite a distance away and being so busy with the kids, I was looking for a place I could dip out of work to and get these grays done, but what I found was so much more. Danielle is amazing, my roots have never felt better, the color is an exact match, it doesn't itch! I love how welcoming and accommodating are (which separates them from quite a few places I've tried in this area). This has become my go to, and I'm so happy to have found them!
Carolyn was amazing! I had lashes from someone else that needed removed because I had an allergic reaction. Little did I know the “lash tech” that put my lashes on used an insane amount of glue. It took Carolyn far longer to remove them than normal, but she patiently persisted and stayed late to get the job done. Incredible person and so kind!
I wouldn’t return due to an embarrassing experience during our consultation on colour. I’m happy with the result but definitely not worth the anxiety. I had my apt scheduled 2 weeks in advanced only to have it pushed a week later. I felt ridiculous. Redeemed my non refundable at least
Got a pedicure here today and it was amazing!! Myrna was so nice to chat with and she did such a great job! Walking on clouds now :) The staff was nice when I came in and were all quite lovely. The atmosphere in general was relaxing and I will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family.
The stylist I had both times I was there was amazing. I loved my hair and received lots of compliments. She also explained everything to me to help me decide what I wanted. The price was really reasonable too. I just called to book another appointment.
