Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we had an excellent salesperson who ensured the whole deal went down without issues and did her best to work with us. Overall, smooth, fast transaction. Dealership was a little crowded and could use more space, especially in times like these but overall I recommend checking out their inventory and not being hesitant to buy from there if they have what you’re looking for. Even though we had considered to buy a used car at another dealership, Trevor, one of the salesman was so kind and friendly that we decided to purchase our car here. As we are newcomers to Canada and we don’t have a Saskatchewan driver license yet, Trevor had offered to drive us around in order for us to have a better feel of the vehicle. He is also very accommodating and responsive. We had done a fair bit of bargain so every time we came up with the offer, Trevor always take it into consideration and inform the finance manager so that we can make a good deal. He is very engaging too. When we went on the test drive, we had asked Trevor several questions about life in Saskatoon and he always try to come up with the answers. He also introduce us around Saskatoon and inform us about the driving manners here.

First time I can say I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. It's generally an overwhelming process with weighing options, crunching numbers, etc. Jeff Brown - seriously cannot say enough about this guy! From the moment he said hello...just fantastic vibes. Agreed on a trade in value and purchase price/ monthly payment. When I returned a couple days later to finalize the sale and pick up a new vehicle I was told that the numbers have changed and my monthly payments will be higher by roughly 15%. Spent the next 3ish hours getting the runaround. Eventually settled on a higher payment than I was expecting. If my lease wasn’t ending soon I would have just walked away out of principal. Also asked me to leave a review a handful of times specifically mentioning that it should be positive. All things considered it was a typical dealership experience.
