Be warned....friendly front desk/reception hiding incompetence in their workshop! What started as an excellent service but 6months down the line became a nightmare I will never forget! Took my car for wheel alignment. One of the front wheel control arm was bent. Technician advise that new ones are required. I agreed and they were fitted. 6months later which is now this month Oct - took my car for another wheel alignment in Roodepoort as a practice I normally do when I am going to take a road trip. The technician told me that wrong or rather long control arms were fitted and they advised I take it back to the place where it was fitted which was Tyre Plus Vaalpark. Got there again friendly reception and willingness to assist and made me comfortable and assured that the matter will be attended too! Cut the long story short 2 days later on my trip to Durban both front wheels came loose and luckily I was just taking off from the hotel we had spend a night at in Bergville. What was meant to be holiday ended up organizing towing and repairs etc. Informed Tyre plus of the situation little did they care and but instead looked for every opportunity to distance themselves from their negligence. So never and never again will I trust them with my car even when I just need my tyres pumped never.... Now you are warned...proceed at own risk
