I've tried different martial arts over the years, but for a self defense point of view BJJ is a league of it's own. I joined Sasquatch Studios with my 2 youngest children, 11 and 7, and we appsalutly love it. There are separate lessons for the children and adults but there are also family lessons where my kids take great pleasure in practicing on me. The club itself is extremely friendly with the other members who have been training longer ready to assist all the time.
