A very pleasant alfresco lunch on a hot summer day. Nice, well cooked typical dishes from the Ligurian and Piedmontese traditions since the village is halfway amongst the provinces of Savona and Alessandria. The staff is friendly but hasty at times, they seems to be working flat out during peak season. I recommend very tasty gnocchi al pesto and stockfish. A reservation might be smart to place.

Very nice restaurant. Nice delicate food with pedigree and fantastic wines to accompany the locally sourced products. Michele and its staff are very professional and friendly. Ravioli Lunghi au toccu is a destination dish. A must visit when in Sassello

Cucina tipica in un ambiente rustico e affascinante (non avevo mai visto un pozzo (ovviamente chiuso) dentro un ristorante!). Prezzi contenuti nonostante il vino (antipasto, primo/secondo e dolce, poco meno di 40). Non avrei mai scoperto questo locale se non fosse stato per amici. Peccato, perché merita davvero.

Abbiamo pranzato oggi con la mia famiglia, due adulti e un bambino di due anni. Tutto buonissimo. Aggiungo una nota molto positiva. Involontariamente ho urtato il mio bicchiere da vino rompendolo. La cameriera si è subito preoccupata di raccogliere i cocci dei vetri rotti, e successivamente mi ha chiesto che vino fosse, per offrirmi un ulteriore bicchiere. Consiglio vivamente!!!
