Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, we had a flexiticket but the staff were unwilling to accept it and simply complained that they had to work till 3am and were too stressed despite an apparent absence of workload. Luckily another customer suggested a hotline which sorted our problem for us. The staff on site were unbelievable. You would not believe the way they treated us.

Punktualnie i sprawnie. Rezerwacja przez Internet przebiegła bezproblemowo. Podróż w pomieszczeniu ogólnodostępnym dla wrażliwych może być uciążliwa więc polecam nie fotel A wykupić kabinę wrażliwym osobą. Poza tym jedzenie dobre, sklepik dobrze zaopatrzony i przystępne ceny, można jeszcze w drodze powrotnej na promie dokupić pamiątki. Czas można spędzić przy dobrej pogodzie na zewnątrz, są stoliki i krzesełka A także leżaki. Dla najmłodszych pomieszczenie gdzie mogą się zająć zabawą.
