I spoke with a representative this morning and although it wasn’t something that could be serviced by them locally the gentleman took more than ample time to answer all my questions and help me figure out what to do next! It is a rare thing these days to have such good service and communication even when they know that there is no way that they are going to make any money off of you. My hat is off to a satellite cable systems .

Called this dealer for 2 new wallys had them in stock and set them up for me so all I did was was come home and hook up. Worked perfectly very helpful and professional. Also assisted over the phone for another problem. Great to have help if your like me and not have understating of these functions
