This firm is at the top of my list for survey firms in the metro area. For builders, they are responsive, professional and reasonably priced. They do great work and provide all the information necessary to understand the lot and build a home. They also stay on top of city regulations & requirements so that when we go to submit a for a building permit--there aren't any surprises.

We bought a house to find out two days before closing that we were supposedly in a \flood zone.\ Sathre-Bergquist got a team right out to the home to survey to let us know that we were not in a flood zone. They managed the letter of map amendment quickly. They were professional and so very helpful and made a stressful situation a bit easier. I give them my highest recommendation.
Great team of professionals. If you need a survey done in Wayzata or any city in MN, this is your best choice. Dave and EJ were always very helpful, fast and efficient. We had to work on our projects for several month and always felt confident in the materials we got from them.
