My son trains at this karate club and has done for the last couple of years. The instructors are very kind and patient with him and he thoroughly enjoys going. He’s often given extra help by other pupils to help him pass his gradings which in itself is great to see that the pupils want to help each other. It speaks volumes about the club. The communication between instructors and us as parents is excellent. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. As are all the pupils. I would definitely recommend Satori-Do Shotokan Karate Club for all pupils young and old.

Outstanding place to learn Karate! The atmosphere is friendly with fantastic instruction, all genuine people who take the development of there pupils very seriously, after trying a few different places over the years my 10 year old son started here a few months ago and absolutely loves it! His growth in confidence is amazing to see! I wouldn’t have him train anywhere else! Amazing place!
I have been training at Satori-do Shotokan Karate for just over a year and can't recommend the club enough! Having returned to Karate after a good few years away I was really made to feel welcome by Dave and Graham. The club is really family friendly and has a great mix of ages and ability. The classes cater for everyone and usually cover a mixture of traditional karate, self defence, fitness and a few games for the kids. So whether you are looking to learn a martial art, just get a bit fitter or find somewhere for kids to enjoy themselves then you should definitely come along!
Really friendly, inclusive karate club. My son has been going for about a year and is really enjoying the training and it is great that they cater for a wide range of ages. I would highly recommend anyone of thinking of joining to go along and have a go.
Years of experience made Satori-do Karate school one of the best choices in the area. For my 14 years old son every session is an event. Spacious dojo at Holly Cross is an ideal place to get your skills polished. And the most important thing - we have a very successful team on Youth Games too!
