The price, views and experience were great! It's got everything you want from a campground. One of the best in the area! The river is right there and easily accessible for picnicking and it has great and friendly ownership. It was beautiful and I love it!

Stopped by to check out the park. Not a resort. Place is run down. Looks like a camp for full time locals. Older rvs, no wifi posted on door. Marina has junked boats. If you need a place to junk your boat this is it.
Friendly management very helpful been here 2 months and will be here a couple more. Nice and quiet on the river. All is good here very happy.

Cindy and Tony were extremely helpful. Cash only. A nice small park although there are some spots for big rigs, not all are long enough. Right on the St. John River in a neighborhood of houses. Sites are off the river a hundred yards or so. Cindy’s English is pretty good but speak clearly, slowly, and with simple words. We had a problem with the RV and she was great at letting us stay to fix it even though the park was almost full every night. Normally the park wouldn’t be so busy in the late spring to summer, but there is a fair amount of construction going on in the general area. Note this means the neighbors are quiet at night and leave fairly early. The other campers were pleasant and helped us find a great part-time mobile mechanic.
