McDonald's is located in the city of Satsuma Alabama just south of interstate 65 on Hwy.43. Next to Waffle house. It's also close to the Pilot truck stop. It is a good place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The service is good and it's usually pretty fast. And the environment is pretty friendly not a lot of people just hanging out. And it's always nice and clean

Only ordered two large cokes and a large fry to share with my wife. We went through the drive threw thanking it would be faster. Fast food is no longer fast, took 10 minutes to get our order after we arrived at the second window. Then our fries were not even hot! Drinks partly full with coke. If we had more time I'd had gone inside and complained, but we didn't. Don't waste your time or money at the McDonald's in Satsuma Al. @ hwy 43 and I65!
Come here occasionally but came today for me and my girlfriend and the service was just horrible man it’s usually cool in there!
Even after showing the employee the list of ingredients for the beverage on the McDonald's app, my order of a large Iced Caramel Mocha was still prepared incorrectly three times. I finally gave up and received a refund.
