DO NOT hire Top Care Home Improvement to trim your trees, they will not finish the job that you pay them for. Although assured several times over the phone and face to face that they would finish the job, they left me with a shabby, untrimmed palm in front of my house. The last assurance I got from them was in person, across the street from my house while they were working on a referral I gave them!

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!! Do not hire these people! They are running a scam! They gave my parents a quote and requested half up front. Did 20% of the job and said they will return the next day. Next day did not come. 1st excuse: my truck broke 2nd excuse: my trailer broke 3rd excuse: some one picked up the phone and said “rusty is in jail” 4th excuse after we finally get a hold of him. “Oh I thought I sent someone to your house.” A month later job is still not finish and is still avoiding us!! I called him with my wife’s number which is not a 904 area code, he doesn’t answer I leave him a voicemail pretending to be someone else he calls her back. She ask for a job and he said he was available as soon as tomorrow....... These people are running a scam and will not get the job done!! Do not hire them. If you don’t believe me hire them and do not pay them up front!!
