Organized street foods style and many small clothing stores, souvenir stores. Offer small tables and chairs across the street from the beach where people can enjoy their meals by the beach. These place seems to cleaner than other nice markets. But smaller than many other night markets. Even though website showing opening time is 5pm, I strongly recommend that you go there around 5:30. Because many shops are still setting up at 5pm.

I really loved this place because of the variety of their food. And they even have a booth selling vegetarian tacos and burritos. They're so delicious. It's also the first time that I've seen a public night market selling liquors. The place is nice and not too many people because I guess of the pandemic. Anyway, it's a distance away from pattaya so it's not too touristy.
Nice seating area along the beach road for food and drink in the evening. Note that many of the food and goods shops remain closed at this time - I would estimate that only a third or a half at most of the shops are open. I wouldn't go here expecting lots of choices for dinner, but there are some good options for snacks to go along with your beverage of choice. There are stools to sit and watch the road and beach area. The music (recorded) can be a bit loud, but if you sit to the side it's not unbearable, lol.
I don't know what it is about this place, but I just enjoy wandering around here. Lots of different foods to eat, and most of them are really good. I nice (loud) sort of ambience, and the funniest thing to me is the \kid's disco\! It will bring a smile to your face LOL :)
One of my favourite night markets in Pattaya. Great range of food available, including Russian food. Prices are low. There are tables with a sea view for you to sit on. This is probably the cheapest place in Pattaya to eat dinner while enjoying the sunset.
