Francis is extremely knowledgeable in sports gear. His workshop is well equipped and he is a long-term ski and bike practicioner so he is always able to help with either mechanical or new gear problems. He is very courteous and very much looking forward to help any way he can! I recommend Francis without reservation for any ski or bike related gear queries.
