This hospital taking 2% extra payment for debit card and credit card payments. Government of india promoting cashless economy but this hospital suppressing cashless economy by charging 2% extra on debit card payments. Is this acceptable in digital india cashless economy? People are paying by debit card due to cash crisis after demonetization. But this hospital looting in chandkheda. Conversation as below: “Sir How are you making payment ? Debit Card or Cash ?” “Card” “Sir, There will be 2% extra charges if you pay by Debit Card ? ” “Why extra charges ? I use it at every place and no one charges any thing extra ? ” “Sorry Sir, this is our Policy. You can take out the CASH from the nearby ATM if you want to save that extra charges” Not satisfied with service and behaviour.

No decency at all. My brother was admitted in hospital and the account department was continuously pressuring us to pay money. The icu is worst AC does not work the staff is incompetent. They does not have proper knowledge to treat patients.

Don't waste Money here : Not good meal (eating) facility / irrelative and unhygienic diet for patients because they don't have canteen , shortage of medical and house keeping staff, hospital management doesn't compromise or adjust in money, they overcharge in all bills of hospital services like medical store doctor fees reports and bed charges. Instead of that go in Sms multy speciality hospital near tapovan circle Chandkheda total free or less charges because of donors.

I Realy Disappointed for you cash admin staff.thay money minded only.. before shown price chart and after discharge time price doesn't matching and soo much highly defrent.you have no reason. why money going high just want money and falsehotalk.

Very disgusting hospital no service given properly and the charges they take from us is very high. And the billing department and mediclaim department is gross they dont dont care about patients and their family members. Wrost experience

My father had sudden pain for kidney stone. We had to rush to this hospital. These guys are, for sure, cheats. They kept my father for a week for no reason and postponed the operation for so many days just to charge money. Also, the doctor says that my father has hernia. We refused and later checked it with Rajasthan hospital and found there is no hernia. I would say avoid this hospital.

Worst experience ever. Never ever in your life take any critical patient to this hospital. Dirty hospital with no experienced staff. Staff does not have knowledge of medicines and how to treat patient with critical conditions. And the charges are high in front of low quality service.
