Adopted my lil fur-baby here, they were accommodating during the whole process. They took good care of her after she was spayed. They have strict guidelines in adopting rabbits which I really appreciate.

There are so many caring people! I was treated with unbelievable kindness when I had to euthanize my cat. Later, when it was time to adopt a new cat, they helped me find the right one. I am really pleased!

My wife and I adopted our first dog from SCHS in 2012. A Lab/Husky mix named Barbie, could not ask for a better experience. In 2019 Barbie lost her sight due to diabetes and her separation anxiety went through the roof. This lead us to the decision to get a second dog in early 2020 to keep her company, once again we headed back to SCHS. And once again we treated with respect and the staff bent over backwards to help us bring Lucky into our family. My Wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our dealings with SCHS, and we look forward working with them again when we are ready to bring another new member into our family.
