My husband and I had a fantastic adventure in our RV. We headed to CO and stayed in a wonderful RV park with the most spectacular view of the mountains. Company is family run and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. They were on time, able to accommodate an early pick up request and met us 30 minutes after phone call for drop off 9 days later. We found there was ample room to store everything that was needed for our trip. We would definitely explore more of the US by RV!

Both John and Karen are wonderful folks to work with! They took their time explaining both the rental agreement as well as how the RV operated, which we very much appreciated being first timers! After 20 years of camping , my husband and I 'graduated" to a 27 foot RV and loved the experience. . We managed a full week on the 40 gallon water tank by limiting our use to only washing dishes and using the toilet; showers were taken at the campground. The RV was clean and the bed was super comfortable- John mentioned it was about 2 years old. Easy to drive, park, HVAC perfect! GO CAMPING!

I looked for an RV for two long vigorous days coming up with nothing since I began a late search. However, when I called Saunders RV in Milwaukee they gave me other competitors numbers to help. Then, just when I thought I exhausted all my chances, Gina at Saunders found one available and called me. When I secured the RV for a week at Saunders they were very thorough in preparation for my trip with my four grandchildren. They cleaned it meticulously and explained all aspects on how to operate the vehicle and all the amenities. The prep was great. After three days into our trip I found an issue I needed assistance with in operating the RV. I called on a Sunday evening with questions and John Saunders himself answered the phone and walked me through my issues for a solution step by step. The whole experience in dealing with Karen, Gina, Brian, and Mr Saunders made for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I rented an RV from Saunders for a 4 day family trip to Devils Lake and the Wisconsin Dells. We had reserved our unit almost 6 months in advance. After placing our deposit and finalizing paperwork we came across these reviews. A few of them had us a bit concerned with their one-star reviews and negative comments. Our concerns turned out to be unfounded because dealing with everybody at Saunders RV was nothing but positive. The morning we picked up the unit, John met us at the shop early (before his normal hours) and gave a very detailed walk-through of the RV's condition and functions. After our introduction to our temporary home on wheels, we were on our way. We had a wonderful trip "Up North" with our kids and Grandchildren. Great memories were made and precious family time was had. Our RV was a big part of that time and of those memories. We would not hesitate to rent again from John and his crew. Thank You Saunders RV!

I have rented from Mr Saunders 7 times over 15 years and have always had a Great experiance. I find this company to be very friendly and ethical. they are a small family run business and I would not "beat them up" for every little mistake that comes up. When ever I brought up minor errors to John and staff they were very quickly addressed. May those of you who are perfect throw the 1st stone.I LOVE Saunders RV.

Was quoted two different prices that were drastically different. Confirmed reservation a week out only to have the owner call me the next day to let me know he double booked the RV and he no longer had one available. Owner called me a few days later to let me know he had a cancellation and now had an RV available. I was reserving an RV for 4 adults and he offered me one that slept 2 adults and 2 children. Owner also didn't make mention of insurance coverage until I asked him about it after reading the quote. Was very difficult to do business with Saunders RV. The owner has good intentions but isn't organized at all. I would look else where if you are looking to rent a RV for your trip.

I called to reserve an rv. I was told there was one available so i gave mr saunders all of my information to reserve the rv. He told me he would send me an email the next day (because for some reason it takes a day to just send an email). I never received an email so i called back. When i called back he did not have any of my information saved and had booked the rv for someone else. This incident and the conversations i had with mr saunders made it clear that this business is extremely disorganized and it seemed as though he just didnt care that he screwed me over and gave away my reservation. Prices are too high as well. If you try to rent from saunders good luck getting this guy to get it right.
