Lauren is the nicest person that works there however Leann can be a bit tricky to understand. I get the feeling that she doesn't like people very much. After dealing w leann I come away feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. she doesn't like to explain The products that she should be showing me how to use. So leaving me to figure out myself how to work my hearing aids and accesories at home via internet. Overall a very confusing and demeaning ordeal.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I went here a year ago for a speech evaluation for my daughter who had just turned 2. I had my newborn son with me who was in need of my attention and my daughter was becoming uncooperative as she also wanted my attention and we were coming close to nap time. I was looking for support and information for my child’s speech as she was not speaking as much as some of her piers. Not only did I not receive a single bit of advice or help, all I walked away with was pure unjustified criticism on my parenting from the most unkind and uptight woman I’ve ever met. She pretty much told me I was not a good enough mother and that is why my child was not speaking. I was very upset by this for a while and although I wanted to help my daughter with her speech all I left with was a suggestion to read some parenting book she felt I needed. It was so disrespectful and demeaning. I never heard from them again except for them calling me about wanting me to pay them money that my insurance paid them so I hope they’re happy with whatever they got from me. Anyways I’m not concerned with the money or them neglecting to follow up on my child but I do want everyone to know that if they go here and they receive this treatment I hope they realize it’s just the lack of professionalism from this company and not them. I am just writing this because recently I was referred to another speech therapist for my daughter for minor concerns and they were so kind and helpful and have done nothing but try to help my child and help me to work with her words. It made me remember how terrible this woman treated me and I hope she will find a new job that has nothing to do with children.

My experience has been nothing short of great with Savannah Speech. The entire staff have treated my daughter and I with the care and kindness I would expect to get from friends and family. They are knowledgeable, capable and dependable. At the ready to answer any questions you have to ask. Which is incredibly important to me personally. Choosing Savannah Speech and Hearing for our daughter's hearing aid and speech needs has been one of the best decisions we've made since becoming parents.

I have been taking my two boys to Savannah Speech since 2010. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. They call me when there is a schedule change and I recieve text messages to remind me of my appointment each week. We currently see Cathy for speech and I am very impressed with her knowledge and background in speech therapy. She gets things done and my boys enjoy going to speech to see her. My two boys have made a tremendous amount of progress since they started coming to Savannah Speech and Hearing. I love that they have a special waiting area for my kids to read and do puzzles while I wait, and a table for them to do some homework. My kids can get rowdy at times when they get bored, so I appreciate the accommodations. I have never had a bad experience at the Savannah Speech and Hearing Center.
