Staff helped very well. I was in there for about 4 hours, but it was not time wasted. The entire time the staff were doing what they could to try and find me the best deal. They weren’t pushy or made you feel uncomfortable. You can tell that team is there to help!

Took car in for warranty work on Fuel injector. Service advisor called and said needed valves cleaned. I was skeptical and thought it was an “upsell”, so i declined. Later dropped in to see for myself. They were 100% correct. The valves were smothered in carbon soot. Called around to see what a fair price from other shoos and their price was below average. Thanks for being fair and trustworthy!!

I came in for a check engine diagnostics and was charged 1.95 for oil disposal, and over 15 for shop supplies. When I inquired about why I was charged for these I got an apology for the oil and was told it would be taken off. When I asked what the shop supplies were I was told it was for \use of tools and stuff\. When I got my card back neither of the charges were removed. To which I got another half hearted \oh I'm sorry\ but still had no resolution. Needless to say I will not be coming back to your dealership for repairs again. I will go somewhere where I am not gonna be swindled.
