We bought into the sales scheme of higher price for quality product and service for our whole house system. They got our money, then they didn't arrive on time, didn't have a work order for agreed upon scope of work so we had to wait for them a second time, and the technician left a wet mess on the kitchen floor. Disappointed. Mr. Sayler called and apologized for the errors. He told us about the office meeting regarding being prompt or calling and making sure the job was clean after finishing. He also offered to compensate us financially for our inconvenience. Professional response to our review.

We are very please with our water softener. This Company is very good at keeping our water softener filled with salt. We have called them a couple times to ask questions and they answered our questions or they came out to our house within a very reasonable time. Would I use them again absolutely!!!!

Sayler's Suncoast Water was on time as promised. The technicians were through and neat. We discussed the drain line from the water softener when the unit regenerates. Typically the line is run above the ground. I envisioned problems with the line catching on the lawn mower and as foot traffic passed that way. I asked the technician if there was a different way to vent the tank. He described a another drain style but didn't have the parts on the truck to install. I've called the home number and requested a French Drain style to be installed. The technician was through, before he departed, he gave me a quick overview of the operation and maintenance of the unit. Four stars, soon to be five after the improved drain system is installed.
