Had a great experience with both the sales rep, Buddy and the delivery person, Pete on getting my Catalina 8 ft x 8 ft hot tub. They were both very professional and educated my family on the do’s and don’ts in getting the hot tub purchased and set up in a timely fashion. Thanks again Buddy and Pete.

My husband ordered a hot tub from you in the middle of may, the order was finalized on June 2nd 2020. My husband and I have been trying to get an invoice number, a confirmation number or an order number and it’s been to no avail. We have tried tirelessly to contact our agent and Aqua living factory outlets to find out where our hot tub is and when it will be delivered. Our final invoice had stated 6-8 weeks; again with no invoice number or reference number to be able to check on the status of our hot tub. It has been almost 12 weeks at this point and we can not get anyone on the phone to tell us what is going on. We are both extremely unhappy with the customer service. We both want a response better than “I will get back to you”. It is disheartening and extremely frustrating. We have a deposit down and unfortunately I will have to contact the bank and have them cancel my order; as per neither one of us can get in touch with anyone including our agent. I would tell everyone to find another company that is reliable and cares about their customers. If this was my company I would be embarrassed.

What a great hot tub for a great price! I couldn’t be more happy with it! I highly recommend adding the chlorine generator! It is well worth the money. I use very little chlorine and it doesn’t irritate our eyes. The water is always crystal clear. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this hot tub! We love it!

This place has no interest in selling. I called to get a price and was told I had to come in and speak to a sales person. So after work I called to say I was on my way. Guy said he was working with someone to come by next day. So today I get there at 4:45 when they close at 6pm and guy said they were done for the day! I was ready to drop at least 5k on a tub. I will get it somewhere else.

Hi. We love our Aqua Living Spa. We shut it down last winter to go to Florida, this year we stayed home. We have been enjoying our spa all winter. On cold clear nights we love to go in and watch the stars. Eleven degrees out, and the spa at 101, it is the greatest. The best is laying in the spa late at night watching a meteor shower at 2 in the morning. One of the best things we own... thank you.
