I purchased tickets for the father daughter dance that was back in March. It was cancelled due to covid and I ve been trying to contact the owner for over 4 months for a refund and no one is contacting me. Very unprofessional.

THE PLACE TO GO!!!! Truly genuine people who will treat you very well! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and hard working! The owners are also very one on one with everybody and they really care about you. The facility is always cleaned up and smells nice with everything perfect for the young ones! It's rare I'd ever write a review, and I really mean EVER, but I wish that everyone would be able to go here! Thank you guys so so so much, this place is just about one of the best things that could be around!!!!! Also, here's a HUGE win for the other moms out there, they're right next to a target!!!!!
I love how they do parties every so often for a particular age group. My son is 2 and all the toys were great for him! Recently when we went, They had meet and greet Elmo, cupcakes, cookies, water or juice, story time and baby shark/ head shoulders knees and toes songs with dancing. My son loved it! It is just enough space for the little ones.
We had our sons 3rd birthday party here today. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Elisa the owner was super helpful and on top of everything with planning. We dropped all of the decorations off ahead of time and they were already put up when we got there. We had two party attendants that literally did everything. We did not have to lift a finger which was really nice to be able to just enjoy the party and actually talk to the other adults. We love the play areas.... there is soooooo much to do for all of the kids of different ages. We had 19 kids and 20 adults so the party room was a little tight but it worked out. The dino painting was so cute and we loved the cookie favors. My son had a blast and so did all of his friends. Thank you for a great party Adventure Kids!
I’ve been to a number of play places around the area and I’ve found Adventure Kids to be a highlight. I bring my 2 children here and for less than 25, I have them run around for 2 hours without having to clean up a single toy or buying any of them for a fortune. And might I just add, they are very clean and unlike many places I’ve visited, will go above and beyond to please their customers. The staff are also extremely friendly from the second you walk in the doors. I tell all of my friends about Adventure Kids and can’t wait to have a birthday here. They treat us so well each time we come whether it’s an event, summer camp, open play, etc... You will definitely be seeing us at the magical polar adventure again this year! Cannot wait!
I have read the 2 or 3 negative reviews and just find people have to find something to complain about. My kids and others that I know of love this place..we have gone to many events here..Polar Adventure (can't wait for this years Polar Adventure), Open play, Princess events, and Birthday Parties etc. and ALL the kids had a great time everytime we have been there..they never want to leave at the end. Isn't that what it's about? For a few bucks, it's absolutely worth ever penny. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and the place is spotless..always. The staff seems to go out of their way to make every experience great for everyone. To the staff...Thank you...you just can't please everyone.
Nice place to bring the little ones especially if your grandma like me!
This place is really fun and I love the fact that parents are allowed to use the facilities with the kids and have real fun as a family.
