Jo-Art did my wedding back in 2003 and we have been using them ever since. I won't let anyone else take my children's pictures. Everyone there is very professional and polite. Prices are great and the photos always come out amazing. They always go above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could give them more stars.

This is the worst picture experience I've ever had to deal with just getting my sons school photos. I was informed through a friend that last week was the last week to expect photos. Wasn't told this through the customer service. So I finally called friday to find out what was going on as I had reached out to them previous to no avail. The man I spoke to informed me the pictures were damaged in shipment and they were already back from the lab and were going out that day the latest. I called today to find out if they were mailed out and the man I spoke to today tells me that the photos weren't back from the lab yet and they'll be done sometime next week. Which isn't what I was told the first time. This is becoming a hassle that I shouldn't be having to chase down my sons pictures. Avoid this company if you want reasonably priced pictures and to actually receive them. If I could've given 0 stars I wouldve.

Our family always has had a great experience with Jo-Art Photographers. Gil captured great moments on our wedding day years ago, and now just completed our son’s senior year book picture. So many awesome pictures to choose from. Gil found a way to get our son to smile naturally. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Gil and his staff. We had Jo Art photography at our school last week. They were fantastic! I was one of the PTA moms there helping...what a big difference as compared to last year with the old company we had. These guys were so professional with all of us, the teachers and the students. But more importantly, they were so much fun with the kids!
