Went to the Sayville store today to purchase new mattresses for two bedrooms. Worked with Jeff Alenski, who was patient, professional and very helpful. Walked out with a great deal and would not only work with Jeff again for my future mattress needs, but highly recommend him to help with yours. Really nice guy too! Thanks Jeff :)
We came in today to replace my old mattress and met with Jeanne. I had a specific idea in mind, but speaking with a professional and actually testing out mattresses as she recommended completely changed my views and I'm really grateful for that. Ron and Shaun were both great. No dog and pony show like so many other places who show you the 3000 mattresses and then spend 45 minutes trying to convince you that you can't live without one. These guys listened to what we wanted and sold us what we needed. No BS. Just a nice easy sale and a delivery appointment for the next day. Thanks guys!
So happy with the service I received at Mattress Firm in Sayville. I’ll be getting my half priced mattress with free delivery on Monday and I purchased on Saturday. Prompt service and a great price!!
Called through the mattress firm call center which was awful with repeating the menu and not accepting the numbers that are entered. Finally got to my local store where things got much better. Spoke to jeff who was personable and helpful. Got me what I needed when I needed it and was out the door with the whole transaction from the start of the call to putting the box spring in the car within an hour.
