We have been customers for years (since they opened) but this place has really gone down hill! A few days ago I ordered a large açaí bowl. I found MANY pieces of blue plastic mixed In to the bowl. When I brought it back and showed them the plastic pieces they apologized and gave me a credit for the original purchase price. I truly believe in supporting local business so I figured I’d give them another chance. The following day I went back and ordered 2 more açaí bowls. This time they were filled only half way. 19 for 2 small açaí bowls filled half way. The worst part of this is that when I looked at other reviews I saw that several other people reported the same issue with pieces of plastic being in their food. Why hasn’t this problem been fixed!? I think we are done with this place!

Great food, super cool atmosphere, and nice workers. A little over priced, but not too bad, especially compared to other places in town. I like it a lot
Normally have really good experiences but yesterday I got a large açaí bowl and by the time I got to the bottom I found shredded plastic so I went back and they gave me credit. But today I went again and got a small bowl but they only filled it up with acai a quarter of the way and by the time they put the fruit in, it only took up half of the container.
I ordered two Acai bowls over the phone and also paid over the phone. I went to pick up the bowls on my lunch break. I got there waiting for my order I was totally ignored. Watching everyone else picking up their order. I finally got one of the girl attention after waiting for 10 minutes to pick up my order and I told her my name and my order. Her response was\ did you pay for it\ I told her yes I already paid over the phone. I waited another two 2 minutes for her to check if I paid or not. After all that got back late to work. I lost my appetite in that process I feel so humiliated. I have been a customer for about 4 years I have never feel so uncomfortable.
