Truly SB3 Inc is a great place to work. As a growing organization they're constantly working on ways to improve the opportunities for it's account executives to succeed. I think there was time where things were not so great at Sb3, high turnover, limited prospects and uninterested prospects. However all the hard work of SB3's employees has really made a difference. People aren't leaving like they used to nor are they being fired. SB3 has been providing new hires with the tools necessary to succeed. The best part of doing well at SB3 is the generous compensation (yes you will make more than other entry level sales jobs, and yes you will double your salary) as long as you're hitting your quotas. Out of college I didn't know what to expect and admit there were times I questioned my decision to join the organization. I've removed many of those doubts and continue to see more and more opportunities within the company to grow and continue to get paid. If you're looking for a position that awards and recognizes success SB3 is definitely a place you should take a look at.

It has been a great experience working with SB3 INDIA. I started my career in this company on 12th December of 2012. It has been the best organization that i have ever worked for. It taught me a lot of things, both professional and personal. I joined this company as a Technical Support Executive and from there i slowly climed up the ladder to where i use to take care of the Technical Infrastructure. The people who helped me to climb this ladder and always stood beside me no matter what was Moumita Sarkar Dasgupta and Biswajit Dasgupta.
