Very friendly & helpful
Top quality scaffolders who turn up on time and don't mess around.
Rude and Intimidating. A month or so ago I bought some used scaffold boards and poles for a project, I've used the boards but at the time of buying them the chap who helped me (who was very helpful) told me that if I ended up having no use for them to bring them back and they'll sort something out. I tried to take them back yesterday to be met by who I think was a manager from the office to be very rude and intimidating, telling me that in his eyes it would be bad business for someone to offer returns, and that if I wanted to I could go back when the staff are in the yard so he can 'have it out' with the chap who originally sold me them. I hoped he might be able to help make me an offer for a fraction of the price I paid, but he just shrugged and told me that I'd be lucky to get a tenner back for them. It's a shame because my first visit was met by someone very good, but I think the guy I spoke to yesterday was forgetting that it would be bad business to put off customers from returning, which I was planning on doing to keep upcycling their old boards they have to offer. I'll definitely find somewhere else to start doing that from.
I used AJ Scaffolding when I had new fascia and soffits fitted around my house, they were very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend.
Brilliant and very helpful, Very good as i booked last minute and was told it could take up to 1 week and had they up in 3 days, nice and friendly office staff and the scaffolder who came round to price it was very helpful. very nice and polite scaffolders.
