This is 3 phase 20 floors each moderately finished, well built and designed property. Owned loads of units all over GTA and in comparison with say Ice (12 and 14 york), or Ice Boat, this building aside from location and impressive heights has so much more to offer in terms of unit size, well designed underground parking, wide hallways, pool and over all functionality. Ice condos are youngster hangouts where fire alarm is pulled every friday, pool is size of my bathtub, MDF cardboard elevator panels and ceilings on every floor, doors falling off the hinges, draft whistling through unit entrance doors. smallest units you have ever seen for twice the price. Obviously location is pristine but when every single thing that's fastened to the wall is falling off at Ice and Ice Boat it is very disappointing.
