We had terrible customer service experience from AK footwear @cedarbrea mall. They are rude and don't treat customer with respect. They don't offer taxes and no receipt if pay cash. "Mike " as he claim that he the owner and manager of the store , was not cooperative with us and wasn't listening to our concern . He kept asking us for the receipt and we told him your staff didn't give a receipt. It was so surprised we treating this way for just a simple exchange. I want to speak to the owner ...this is not right . My mom bought a shoe and does not fit and they wont exchange for something she want .....
