We were looking for couches for our living room and Tony from the Kennedy location helped us find the perfect set! We looked in a number of stores which made us confused from all the similar options. Tony helped show us what quality and durability look like with his spill presentation and jumping on the springs, we knew we were choosing a good quality product. Wanted to buy a mattress for our kid. My wife called to ask for stock and was assured by salesperson Roice that they have stock. Came there from Newmarket just to find out that the store doesn't have stock and I have to drive to warehouse in North York to pick it up. Then the same salesman was trying to sell me a 6 years old display mattress. Completely unprofessional. Will never deal with Arrow again

Arrow Furniture not only has a great selection of high quality furniture but also has a great team happy to help you to create the finish you desire. NAZ and MICHAEL did awesome! They have an excellent design sense and know the products very well! Naz had the patience of saint for me!!!! Naz our designer, was great! She is a true professional and wasn't pushy. She gave us several options and was very knowledgeable about products, design and colour coordination. She was very patient with my husband and I as we decided on colours and fabrics for our living room and dining room. I hope we can work with her again and strongly recommend her and arrow products. thank you Naz!

Our salesman was very professional, helpful and interactive. The staff left us alone to look around which I appreciated. We looked at several other stores along the strip and Arrow was the best by far and had honest staff.
