When we decided to renovate our kitchen/family room, Brock was one of the companies we talked with. Our sales rep assigned to us from Brock was Phil C. He had a vision for our family room that included opening up the windowed wall to the patio and installing sliding glass doors. This was a sizeable job, as our family room was built as a sunroom and is covered in windows out to our yard. Well of course we used Brock Windows. Phil was terrific from start to finish. So good in fact that we just ordered a new door/side light for our front from him.
Brock windows were awesome from quite through installation and follow up. Service was exactly as quoted. The installation team were friendly and took great care of our home. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and professional job. Hey the windows look amazing too!
We had our 2 bedroom windows, powder room bathroom window and our front door replaced. We have only had great experiences with Brock. We have used Brock in the past and are very satisfied with the service and installation. We would recommend Brock!
Front door installed in 2018 and paint already peeling in several places. Called service department several times and sent email. No one ever responded.
