Great customer service. The manager Ryan is always so friendly, helpful and pleasant! Definitely a great location to go to! Cashiers are always great! Julia was super friendly and awesome!!

I tried to go grab a pair shoes cuz footlocker said champs has the size. I try to go inside exactly at 6:40pm and they close the doors saying there closing at this time. I wouldn’t even go there again regardless don’t waste ur time

The employees at Champs are amazing! I had a problem with my gift card and they helped me. They were able to resolve my problem over night. I was able to go home and not have to wait around. I got a phone call the following day saying that everything is fixed.

The employees are very rude here and discriminate I rather go to Foot Locker or Adidas

Had the shoe and size I wanted. Twin stroller friendly but it is 2:30 on a tuesday. Hahah. Couldn't understand why no Kyle Lowry shoe in the Adidas area when there's a billboard of him there. Plus no Adidas champ edition sneaker. Oddity in the marketing/merchandising which brought it down to a 3*... sorry folks
