Poor customer service and extremely poor quality. Ordered a breakfast table and paid for delivery. Received the item damaged and the marble was chipped in so many places. After calling so many times they told me that the table will be replaced in 3 weeks. I was asked to take the damaged product to the warehouse to pick up a new one when the table is ready even though i originally paid for the delivery. I was told that the delivery fee that was paid was for one time only Even though the product delivered was damaged. So im expected to pay another delivery fee since it doesnt fit into my own car. Still dont have the table. I wish i had read the reviews before making a purchase from this store. Will never shop here again.

Purchased a dining table from these guys, delivery guys were so careless they damaged my hardwood floor and they don't have insurance. Concept furniture no longer answers my calls. I have no option but to sue them for the damaged caused. They also leave all the packaging behind.
Wow... Without words!! Excellent service, very affordable and very good quality. We bought 4 sets of bed and we are very happy! Everything was on time for pick up. The store manager and the salesman were super nice we could negotiate and I'll keep buying my stuff there for sure.

I bought Natuzzi Re-vive Lounge chair from concept furniture this chair follows the movements of the body . its very expensive chair but worth it. Concept informed it will take 6 months and i got it just before Christmas
