Excellent service and cleanliness is first rate. The owner of this location also owns the Kingston Rd / St.Clair store and does a great job of being a hands-on manager.
The strawberry sundae with whip cream is the best, also try the strawberry shortcake blizzard
Customer service is decent. It was my first visit to DQ. Tried their new 'Cake Shake' - would rate it below average. Reasons- it was way too sweet even though I asked not to make too sweet. On top of that, there were a few pieces of cake on top of the shake, expected it to be mixed up throughout.
Hello, I have come to Dairy Queen for a lunch-treat after volunteering. However, when I sat down for a meal at the patio, I have noticed the wasps were everywhere no matter which area I sat. I could've sat near the other table thingy but with the threat of COVID19, it is understandable why certain areas are restricted and this is not your fault. I did not like the wasps too as they circled around my food so I thought, I might as well leave and take my food with me. Aside from that, the service was well and the food was good. I do not blame you, branch. However, I preferred that the situation is handled as I know some people are deathly afraid of bees.
Friendly staff. Quick service. Always hooking it up at this location. They are not cheap at all when it comes to their toppings. Which makes it better to want to go back to. I hope they don't cheap out now after they read this
Do not get their cake thinking it's a traditional ice cream cake. Their cake has no wheat or anything for that matter. It is basically a big chunk of ice cream shaped like a cake. Really disappointed as I hoped their cake would be the usual ice cream birthday cake. It's just a big piece of ice cream-shaped cake, but It's not actually a cake. Be aware!
