We are a HVAC company and had our company jackets and shirts embroidered with them recently. The entire process was fantastic and they were very professional. The staffs were communicative and tried to meet our needs as best as they could. We needed an invoice before hand for some paperwork on our side and they gladly did so. They also helped us figure out a solution for embroidering on top of a pocket that we didn't want sewn shut. Venu was the person we dealt with at their office and he was both friendly and helpful, despite being busy he was always able to answer our questions. The girls in the back did a fantastic job with the embroidery and we are very satisfied. We definitely will be doing our future embroideries with them! Mar. 21st 2019 Edit: Ordered an new batch of shirts to be embroidered, the quality was impeccable and price was very reasonable! Everything even comes back neatly folded! Had the pleasure of meeting Zac this time and he was very friendly, and provided timely responses to all of our inquiries. Will definitely continue to work with Design Plus and will most certainly be recommending them to everyone I know!
