I rented a car in Toronto with Discount at 1995 Eglinton East. I did the reservation through Expedia. At Expedia, I also purchased the insurance. However, after dropping the car off I was charged 81.32 directly by Discount. I wasn't informed at any moment about extra charges. I asked about the total amount when picking up the car and it was informed the total due would be informed at the drop-off, which didn't happen, so I understand nothing would change and the pre-approved amount would be discharged. I contacted Discount and they told me to reach Expedia to understand why they (Discount) charged me more. It was my first time renting with Discount and I believe it will be the last one. They don't take responsibility for their own business. They do not care about the customer. They seem to be worry just about their money. When I was doing the rental process, the employee was in charge, didn't know how to proceed with an Expedia reservation. He called someone else and I just realize he may had messed up or the company's policies are not clear.

Worst car rental ever. I was charged with extra 20 When I dropped off the car. When I called them, they said I didn't bring the car with the same fuel level. I was sure that I dropped off the car at the same fuel level. They are just ridiculous. On the top of this there no snow brush in the car. I requested them to share the dashboard pic which shows the fuel level along with the kms but they never shared it with me.
They didnt have my car i booked the and then they gave me an upgrade for me . I got car delivery on time . Great Service.!!!
Place is busy. I had to wait in line to get a car ready for me. The Manager was nice but the customer service person was somewhat dry. I did not complain. I waited patiently as they were serving other people and then got me a car to rent. The car was clean and it was a Honda like I asked for.
