Dragona has amazing selection of flooring. Blue was very professional. I never had to follow-up on anything, he was always on top of things and quick in replying. The installer, Hussain did an amazing job. He was very experienced and skilled. There were some alignment issues in our floors but he spent extra time to make it all look seamless. I am very satisfied with their material and service. Already planning to go back to them next year for my basement flooring.

Selection for flooring isn't bad but be aware of working with their \installers\. We were assigned Moe and he did not have the skill or expertise to complete. The team left my house very messy and did not clean up properly after each day as well. I unfortunately paid 2/3 costs of the job upfront which was due to my lack of understanding at the time working with contractors and attached are photos to prove the poor level of craftsmanship I received. A year after I ended up paying another company to completely redo the work that was done by this installer at Dragona. Rework always costs more than doing it right the first time. Buyer beware! I won't get my money back from these guys but I hope to help others avoid a similar situation.
Best service ever! Good quality material and professional installation with great price.. very pleased with the hardwood installed in my place.. it worth the drive.. thank you guys!
