The people at this company are the definition of customer service and dedication to clients. Reached out for help with the schluter products and tiles and Troy helped me out greatly. No pressure to buy, as i bought tiles with them also. Got them delivered same day. On a holiday even reached out cause i was short on supply, and Troy stil answered the phone, and ensured i had my products the next day after the holiday without haste that i was calling him on a holiday. Would highly recommend. Thanks Troy for helping out in these trying times where stores are impossible to get to.

Hours on google show it is open. Midland store is not. Update hours. Wasted time driving to the store.

Very Rude on the phone. I was just calling in for a quote and he yelled at me for disturbing him. Can't believe it. 1 Star is for answering my call atleast, i understand you're busy but be open for business opportunities cause you never know it will lead to something good. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
