This place does not even deserve a star. My family and I used to go here, but stopped when Kevin decided to take my deceased mother's jewelry and remake it without my sister's permission. He then tried to give it back to her remodelled. She went in to have it polished, NOT remade. Now we can't get back the jewelry my mom made for us. There is sentimental value to every piece any person has towards the jewelry they wear. Now that is gone because we cannot get back those bangles she made in Guyana for us. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want your jewelry damaged. The service is horrible and the people are dishonest, conniving, and downright dispicable.

This "jeweller" literally stole jewelry from my friend who sent it there to be cleaned. He gave her the run around for MONTHS. These are sentimental pieces that she'll probably never get back. I wish I could put 0 stars. Scam jeweller, do NOT recommend at ALL.

Definitely not a recommended location for any of your jewelry needs, unless your jewelry isn't of any importance or value to you. Very unprofessional - they take months on end to return jewelry that was only sent there for a basic cleaning, which should be completed fairly quickly (as other jewelers are capable of doing). Also, watch out before you don't even get your correct jewelry back or even at all for that matter.

Beware of taking your jewellery to be cleaned. I took bangles which belonged to my deceased mother to have polished in May, and the owner promised to return them within a few days. It is now December and I still do not have my bangles! The owner Kevin Baksh, gave me countless excuses each week as to why he did not have them ready. He claims he remade my bangles without my permission and tried to pass them off to me. He committed acts of fraud and theft and deserves to be put in jail.
