Horrible customer service on both my visits. One time the sales lady sent me on a goose chase downstairs when what I want was next to her all along. The second time I called because I was traveling from downtown and urgently needed the same item for the next day, telling the sales person I'd be there just before closing and not to close the shop early. She yelled that they close at 6pm and hung up on me. I rushed and got there at 555pm and the lights were out and the shop was locked and deserted. She knew I was coming and closed the store early on purpose so I'd miss getting wjat I needed for work the next morning. Rude, mean, worst customer service I've ever encountered. As if they purposely don't want to stay in business. Even thinking about it makes me sick.

The fabric they sell is alright, if you're in a pinch but very average goods. I will never shop there again. If I could give it zero stars I would. Went in there 5 days ago, they're were 7 people in the store. 1 staff member wearing mask correctly and one barely wearing a mask. What got me is there where 5 other people in a small store all without wearing . I turned and walked out and will never go back, so many safe better stores.
I used to love this place untill i went in recently....the older white lady who works there is so rudeeeee....asked us to put on our masks on i said ok but i had something in my hand so i was trying to put it down so i can put on my mask...then she yelled at us MASKSSSSSS ONNNN with a very rude tone....yet her mask was not placed prob....she had it on her mouth not her nose....so we should be worried about coming into the store not her worry about us not wearing masks
Good place for purchasing fabric. Located the exact colour/ fabric my daughter desired for having her prom dress made. Staff was helpful and courteous. Prices are also reasonable.
Clean place, Knowledgeable people. Just a small stock of things. Didn’t find what I was looking for. Mostly because I was looking for something really specific.
