Unprofessional clerk. They use my mobile account to try to help me get the router. And finally they told me that I didn’t apply the internet service because they can’t find any informations in my mobile account.

I went to this store on Black Friday, the new store is grogrous, love the new design, manager and staff are all friendly and willing to help me with all my requests. The manager is very professional and knowledgable. Better experience than other Fido stores. Will definetely come to that store again.
If I could, I would give 0 star. Horrible service! The Asian guy is so rude and awful. It looks like he is the CEO of Fido. They are unhelpful! I am so curious why didn’t the store close down.
The big Asian guy is a scammer don't come here. They are all scammers. I would give them 0 if I could. Stay away come with caution.
Service was quick and one of their representatives, Ellen, was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us all we needed about our phone plan and was very transparent with the process.
