Absolutely amazing flawless company. I have bought material endless amount of times, and NO other store can even compete with their prices. They take clients and contractors seriously. They can even arrange installs, do not listen to the negative reviews they are spam from Flooring Solutions competition. They are not real customers. Don't be discouraged,. Very professional company!

Mortada and his brother (the installer) left the job incomplete, asked me to replace the whole subfloor or sand it though it was not needed. He wanted to do the job on Cash so that I can't claim warranty over installation. He put my 8 month pregnant wife in danger by keeping nails open and hiding it in washroom. He says it is not safe to put the vinyl because subfloor is not good, I got it inspected by the professional and it is flawless. Talks about subfloor safety and put open nails everywhere knowing I had a pregnant wife. Not reliable, not trustworthy, No experience, No ethics, No Honesty, and a big cheat. P.S - Job is done by other installer. I am very thankful to him to help me out in such a dire situation. He also gave me 5 years of installation warranty and 25 years of material warranty for Vinyl planks.

Flooring Solutions was quick to respond, flexible and loves flooring :) They cared about us giving us a solid job and even allowed us to delay the scheduled start date twice to make sure that a couple things could get sorted before laying the flooring. Price was the best we could find. Very happy with the end result.
