If you want a cheap price and terrible finishing then I would recommend this company. Terrible customer service. Broke both of our closets throughout the process of installing the hardwood floor, left gaps in our floor and noises when walking over the hardwood floor. We've asked the owner to come check the errors that were made for several months now since the renovations were done. He has been ignoring or giving excuses as to why he cannot come each time. At first he's all nice and welcoming but the moment they have all your money... they won't look twice at you and will not fix any of the work thats gone wrong. When we did call him to let him know that he has been making excuses for not coming, he started to yell on the phone. Terrible service and customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

The owner acts really nice and helpful when you first go in and inquire about getting something done. The finishing on the work is not the greatest ( wood separating, gloss spots in random areas, sharp edges on stairs . They did hardwood in our house in Nov 2020 and there were certain spots that needed to be fixed as the hardwood was separating. We have been calling him for the last 3 months to come check it out and fix it and every day he has another excuse as to why they cant come... its the same excuse of oh we will come next week next week...I finally called him and he basically yells at me because i'm a women trying to tell him to come fix the job... tells me I didn't pay for it and he wont talk to me... that the job is done and this is just a service call... very very rude and not professional at all. He makes you sign a contract for the job and then clearly doesn't follow it when something goes wrong.
Our second time here for flooring. Very decent prices and a lot of styles and types to choose from. We dealt with Kumar who was very helpful.
Worst experience. I had hardwood work done in entire house. The wood making noises everywhere in rooms, livingroom and no finishing in work. Called the owner Raj, no positive response. I will never ever recommend anyone to get services from them.
