Blessed By Nature

Needed a reliable bike mechanic since starting up trail riding. Found grips cycles on dean road car park. We got acquainted & very quickly we were building my first trail bike. If I need my bike looking at quickly he does his upmost to fit me in there & then so I can get out & ride. I've now upgraded to a bigger & better bike fitted me in today . Found the problem & solved it . Would highly recommend using grips for all your trail needs and motor cycle needs Top gents

Been after a new bike for some time and after visiting many dealers with disappointing outcomes a family friend suggested that I try Grip Cycles. John replied to my messages quickly and answered all specific queries and after a chat on the phone arranged to visit Grip Cycles. John arranged a time to meet that was convenient to me and had the bike ready, he put it on the ramp, removed fairing panels to allow a thorough inspection of the engine, couldn't have been more helpful. The bike had been meticulously prepared by John and his team at Grip Cycles and was exactly as described. I bought it immediately, sorted Insurance & tax and rode it home. Overall, the whole process was a seamless, outstanding service..how it should be done. John's technical expertise is second to none and a great bloke too. Cheers.
